Duration of exam – 3 hour
Total marks – 100
Question type – MCQs, NATs
Partition – 3 sections (General aptitude, mathematics, and subject-based)
Mode of exam – Online
General aptitude – In this section, 5 questions of 1 mark and 5 questions of 2 marks are present. Total 15 marks questions.
Statistic – In this section, 25 questions of 1 mark and 30 questions of 2 marks are present. Total 85 marks questions.

Candidates should be familiar with the GATE Exam Pattern when preparing for GATE ST. Candidates who have taken ST as their first exam can only take MA or PH as their second. However, you are not required to participate in both papers.
