• 10 Passport Size Photo जिन्हें आपने Online Form भरने के समय Upload किया था |
• 2 Copies Self Attested/Gazetted Office द्वारा सत्यापित निम्नलिखित दस्तावेजों की, उसी के मूल के साथ |
• Admit card, Marksheet और Certificate Matric का
• Admit card, Marksheet और Certificate ITI का
• Caste Certificate
• Voter ID, Aadhar Card, PAN Card
• Candidates को सलाह दी जाती है कि वे उपरोक्त दस्तावेजों को 2 Sets में जमा करें अर्थात प्रत्येक सेट में उपरोक्त सभी दस्तावेज की एक प्रति होगी |
