Step 3: After 30 days from the notice publication, the marriage can be solemnized unless someone has raised an objection.

Step 4: The marriage will be conducted at the designated marriage office.

Step 5: Both bride and groom, along with three witnesses, must be present on the day of registration or solemnization.

A copy of the passport and visa.
A certificate of NOC or marital status certificate from the concerned embassy.
One party must provide documentary evidence of staying in India for 30 days or more (proof of residence or a report from the concerned Station House Officer).
