நகர்புற உள்ளாட்சி அமைப்புகளில் இணையதளம் மூலம் கட்டிட அனுமதி அளிக்கப்படும் என்று தமிழக அரசு அறிவித்துள்ளது. இது தொடர்பாக விரிவான வழிகாட்டி நெறிமுறைகளை தமிழக அரசு வெளியிட்டுள்ளது. பொதுமக்கள் சமர்ப்பித்த ஆவணங்கள் சரியாக இருப்பின் 3 நாட்களுக்குள் அனுமதி வழங்க வேண்டும் என்று அறிவிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது.
நகராட்சி நிர்வாக இயக்குனர் பொன்னையா அனைத்து மாநகராட்சி, நகராட்சி, மண்டல இயக்குனர்களுக்கு சுற்றறிக்கை அனுப்பி உள்ளார். ஒன்றிய, மாநில அரசின் கொள்கை முடிவுகளின்படி கட்டிட அனுமதி வழங்கும் நடைமுறையை எளிமைப்படுத்தவும், கட்டிட விண்ணப்பங்களின் மீது இறுதி முடிவு எடுத்துக்கொள்ளும் பரிசீலனைக்கான கால அளவினை குறைக்கவும், பொதுமக்கள் கட்டிட விண்ணப்பங்களையும், ஆவணங்களையும், உரிமம் கட்டணங்களையும் தங்களது இருப்பிடத்திலிருந்தே இணையதளம் வாயிலாக செலுத்திட மென்பொருள் உருவாக்கப்பட்டு அனைத்து பணிகளும் இணையதளம் வாயிலாக மட்டுமே மேற்கொள்ளப்பட வேண்டும்.
Building Plan Approval Rules in Tamil
- Applicant submit the application seeking approval of building plan with necessary enclosure ( E ) 3 sets and Form 49 if the Local body fall in LPA or NTDA Area to Local body.
- Local Body Scrutinize the application.
- If local body falls in LPA/NTDA Area. The Building ( shown in Table ) Plan should be satisfied the zoning regulation said in approved/concerned Master Plan/ IInd Master Plan for LPA Area (Single/Composite) or NTDA Area and satisfied scheme clauses and zoning of approved / concerned D.D.D in LPA Area.
- The building (Shown in Table) plan satisfied Municipal Building rules in case of sites lies corporation Municipality and Town Panchayat or Village Panchayat Building Rules.

- If the building plan satisfied the above said building rules and parameters in above table. The Local Body demand D.C in case site lies in LPA/NTDA Area in name of M.S of LPA/NTDA and Licence fees and either necessary fees for Local body and I&A changes if necessary.
- After remitting all charges to Local body (corporation, Municipality, Town panchayat, Village panchayat) will give final approval and P.P if the Local body lies in LPA/NTDA.
- The applicant received the approval for Building plan.
