Now people can check their eligibility for Pradhan Mantri Jan Arogya Yojana or Ayushman Bharat Scheme. PMJAY aims to provide Universal Health Coverage of Rs. 5 lakh per family p.a to around 10 crore families (50 crore people). Even there is no restriction on caste, age, or income.
All the interested persons who wish to avail of cashless treatment up to Rs. 5 lakh under PM Jan Arogya Yojana can check their name in the downloaded Ayushman Bharat Yojana list UP 2022 of beneficiaries at mera.pmjay.gov.in. The procedure for checking your name in PMJAY final beneficiary list is very simple and one can simply enter their registered mobile number/ration card number or SECC-2011 Name or RSBY URN.
Ayushman Card List UP 2024 – How to Download
Step 1: Firstly visit the official “Am I Eligible Portal” at mera.pmjay.gov.in
Step 2: At the homepage, the person has to enter an active mobile number to get OTP to find their name in Ayushman Bharat List UP as shown below:-
Step 3: Candidates can click on the “Generate OTP” button to receive OTP on entered mobile number. Users can enter this OTP and click at the “Submit” button to get directed to a “Name Find Page“. Here candidates will have to enter the details to find names in Ayushman Bharat Yojana final beneficiaries list UP.
How to Download of Ayushman Bharat card?
Step 1: The applicant shall open https://ayushmanup.in/. After scrolling down under Quick Link # Register Yourself on SETU’.
Step 2: The link will be landing the user on NHA’aSetu portal ie. https://setu.pmjay.gov.in/setu/
Step-3: Applicant will register himself by filling all the mandatory tabs and then clicking on Submiby filling all the mandatory tabs and then clicking on Submit
Step 4: Applicant will register himself by filling all the mandatory tabs and then clicking on Submiby filling in all the mandatory tabs and then clicking on Submit. Upon successful registration, the Applicant will now do their KYC and wait for the Approval. Once the card is ready/approved by competent authority, Beneficiary can download the card
PM Jan Arogya Yojana Helpline Number (14555)
People can also call the PMJAY helpline number 14555 to check if they are eligible. Ayushman Mitras assist patients at the empanelled hospitals and coordinate with beneficiaries. These Arogya Mitras are running a Help Desk, checking documents to verify eligibility and enrollment in the scheme.
All the beneficiaries have been issued letters having QR codes which will be scanned and demographic authentication conducted for identification. PMJAY Scheme will target poor, deprived rural families and identified occupational category of urban workers family – 8.03 crore in rural and 2.33 crore in urban areas (as per SECC-2011 database).
