नरेगा जॉब कार्ड ग्रामीण क्षेत्र में ग्राम पंचायत में ग्राम विकास अधिकारी द्वारा आवेदन किया जाता है। राज्य के इच्छुक लाभार्थी नरेगा जॉब कार्ड एप्लीकेशन फॉर्म के साथ अपने आवश्यक दस्तावेजों को सलग्न करके अपने ग्राम के ग्राम विकास अधिकारी के पास जॉब कार्ड के लिए आवेदन कर सकते हैं। आवेदन जमा होने के बाद ग्राम विकास अधिकारी द्वारा लाभार्थी की पात्रता की जांच करके उनकी सूची तैयार की जाती है। पात्रता में सही पाए जाने पर मनरेगा सूची में नाम जोड़ दिया जाता है और लाभार्थियों को उनका जॉब कार्ड उपलब्ध करवा दिया जाता है।
