The Finance Ministry has shared important details about Part 3 of the Aatmanirbhar Bharat Abhiyan Package, amounting to Rs 3.16 lakh crores, on 15th May 2020. This initiative aims to support various sectors and has introduced several measures that focus on boosting the economy and helping those in need.

Key Measures Under Aatmanirbhar Bharat Abhiyan Part 3

Here are the key measures taken under the Aatmanirbhar Bharat Abhiyan Package Part 3:

1. Transfer of Rs 18,700 crores to the PM KISAN fund.
2. Claim payment under PM Fasal Bima Yojana amounting to Rs 6,400 crores.
3. Establishment of a Rs 1 lakh crore Agri Infrastructure Fund to improve farm-gate infrastructure for farmers.
4. A new scheme offering an interest subvention of 2% per annum to dairy cooperatives for the year 2020-21.
5. Allocation of Rs 10,000 crores for the formalization of Micro Food Enterprises (MFE).
6. Rs 20,000 crores set aside for Fishermen through the Pradhan Mantri Matsya Sampada Yojana (PMMSY):
   1. Rs 11,000 crores for activities in marine, inland fisheries, and aquaculture.
   2. Rs 9,000 crores for infrastructure development, including fishing harbours, cold chains, markets, etc.
7. Creation of an Animal Husbandry Infrastructure Development Fund worth Rs 15,000 crores.
8. Launch of the National Animal Disease Control Programme for Foot and Mouth Disease (FMD) and Brucellosis with a total outlay of Rs 13,343 crores.
9. Promotion of herbal cultivation with an allocation of Rs 4,000 crores.
10. The NMPB will develop a corridor of medicinal plants along the banks of the Ganga, covering an area of 800 hectares.
11. Support for beekeeping initiatives amounting to Rs 500 crores.
12. Extension of Operation Greens from Tomatoes, Onion, and Potatoes (TOP) to all fruits and vegetables (TOTAL) with an investment of Rs 500 crores.
13. Regulations for farmers to sell agriculture produce only to licensed traders in APMCs.

वित्त मंत्रालय ने 15 मई 2020 को आत्मनिर्भर भारत अभियान पैकेज के तहत घोषणाओं के भाग 3 का विवरण जारी किया है। निम्नलिखित उपायों को आत्मनिर्भर भारत अभियान पैकेज भाग 3 के तहत लिया गया है।

• 18,700 करोड़ रुपये का PM किसान फंड में ट्रांसफर।
• PM फसल बीमा योजना में 6,400 करोड़ रुपये के भुगतान का दावा।
• किसानों के लिए फार्म-गेट इंफ्रास्ट्रक्चर के लिए 1 लाख करोड़ रुपये का एग्री इंफ्रास्ट्रक्चर फंड। 20-21 के लिए डेयरी सहकारी समितियों को प्रतिवर्ष @ 2% ब्याज उपदान प्रदान करने की एक नई योजना।
• सूक्ष्म खाद्य उद्यमों के औपचारिककरण के लिए 10,000 करोड़ रुपये की योजना (MFE)।
• प्रधानमंत्री मत्स्य सम्पदा योजना (PMMSY) के माध्यम से मछुआरों के लिए 20,000 करोड़ रुपये।
  • समुद्री, अंतर्देशीय मत्स्य पालन और एक्वाकल्चर गतिविधियों के लिए 11,000 करोड़ रुपये।
  • 9000 करोड़ रुपये इन्फ्रास्ट्रक्चर के लिए – फिशिंग हारबर्स, कोल्ड चेन, मार्केट्स इत्यादि।
• पशुपालन के अवसंरचना विकास निधि में 15,000 करोड़ रुपये लगाए जाएंगे।
• फुट एंड माउथ डिजीज (FMD) और ब्रुसेलोसिस के लिए राष्ट्रीय पशु रोग नियंत्रण कार्यक्रम के लिए 13,343 करोड़ रुपये कुल परिव्यय के साथ शुरू किया गया।
• हर्बल खेती को बढ़ावा देने के लिए 4000 करोड़ रुपये।
• NMPB गंगा के किनारे औषधीय पौधों के गलियारे को विकसित करके 800 हेक्टेयर क्षेत्र में लाएगा।
• मधुमक्खी पालन पहल के लिए 500 करोड़ रुपये।
• ऑपरेशन ग्रीन्स को टमाटर, प्याज और आलू (TOP) से सभी फलों और सब्जियों तक बढ़ाया जाएगा- 500 करोड़ रुपये।

आत्मानिर्भर भारत अभियान भाग 3 के अनुसार निम्नलिखित को दिए जाने वाले लाभ

किसान, कृषि, पशुपालन, मत्स्य पालन, सूक्ष्म खाद्य उद्यम, राष्ट्रीय पशु रोग, हर्बल खेती, मधुमक्खी पालन की पहल और अन्य लोगों के बीच जरूरतमंद।
