నమస్యేఽహం పితౄన్ భక్త్యా యే వసన్త్యధిదేవతాః |
దేవైరపి హి తర్ప్యంతే యే శ్రాద్ధేషు స్వధోత్తరైః || ౧ ||
నమస్యేఽహం పితౄన్ స్వర్గే యే తర్ప్యంతే మహర్షిభిః |
శ్రాద్ధైర్మనోమయైర్భక్త్యా భుక్తిముక్తిమభీప్సుభిః || ౨ ||
నమస్యేఽహం పితౄన్ స్వర్గే సిద్ధాః సంతర్పయంతి యాన్ |
శ్రాద్ధేషు దివ్యైః సకలైరుపహారైరనుత్తమైః || ౩ ||
