RKVY – RAFTAAR: A New Approach
After gathering important feedback from various states and learning from the experiences of the 12th Plan, the RKVY guidelines have received a significant update. This new strategy is termed RKVY – RAFTAAR, which means Remunerative Approaches for Agriculture and Allied Sector Rejuvenation. The aim of this revamped initiative is to enhance the efficiency, effectiveness, and inclusivity of the programme during the remainder of the Fourteenth Finance Commission’s term.
