Your e-Aadhaar is an electronic copy of your Aadhaar that is password-protected and digitally signed by a UIDAI official.
Steps to Download & Print e Aadhaar
Step 1: Go to https://resident.uidai.gov.in/lost-uideid on the Aadhaar website.
Step 2: Fill in your full name, e-mail address, or phone number, as well as the security code.
Step 3: Select “Send OTP” from the drop-down menu.
Step 4: Click the “Verify OTP” button after entering the OTP obtained on your registered mobile number.
Step 5: On the screen, a message will appear alerting you that your Aadhaar number has been sent to your registered mobile phone.
Step 6: After receiving your Aadhaar enrolment number on your phone, go to the official UIDAI website’s e-Aadhaar page.
Step 7: Select “I have Aadhaar” from the drop-down menu.
Step 8: Fill up your Aadhaar number, full name, pin code, and image captcha.
Step 9: Select “Request OTP” from the drop-down menu.
Step 10: A one-time password (OTP) will be given to your phone number. To download Aadhaar, enter this OTP and click “Download Aadhaar.”
