SIR Form Gujarat - Summary
SIR Form is used during the Special Intensive Revision (SIR) conducted by the ECI to verify and update the voter list in the state. This form helps new voters register, existing voters correct details, and ensures accurate entries in the Tamil Nadu electoral roll.
During the SIR campaign, Booth Level Officers may visit homes, while citizens can also submit the form online. The goal of this process is to maintain an accurate and error free electoral roll by adding eligible voters, correcting information, and removing duplicate or invalid entries.
How to Submit the SIR Form Online
- Visit voters.eci.gov.in and sign up using your mobile number
- Verify the OTP sent to your phone
- Log in and enter your EPIC number
- Fill the SIR Enumeration Form with accurate details
- Upload the required documents clearly
- Complete verification through OTP or e sign
- Submit and note your reference number
