Railway Reservation Application Form 2025 – Tatkal Ticket Booking - Summary
Customers who want to book their train tickets using the Railway Reservation Application Form should know that it is essential for Tatkal ticket booking. To do this, you need to fill out a Requisition/Cancellation Form available for free at nearby Indian Railways Reservation Counters. Once filled, submit it to the authorized booking officer at the counter. Remember, this form can also be used to cancel tickets booked through the reservation counter; however, tickets booked online cannot be canceled at these counters.
Understanding the Railway Reservation Form
When booking train tickets at Reservation Counters, you’ll need to complete the Reservation Form, as shown in the above image (click to enlarge it).
