Maharashtra Government Holidays List 2022 Marathi
In exercise of the powers entrusted to it by the Government of India, Ministry of Home Affairs vide its Notification No.39/I/68/JUDI-3, dated the 8th May 1968, the Government of Maharashtra hereby declares the following days as Public Holidays in the State of Maharashtra during the calendar year 2022.
India is generally closed on all public holidays in all central and state governments. Some holidays are government-owned and some banks across the country are closed. All India Holidays include Republic Day (January 26), Independence Day (August 15), and Gandhi Jayanti (October 2).
