Warranty Information
All products listed in the price list come with a warranty against manufacturing defects for a period of 18* months from the date of purchase.
If a product is found to be defective due to faulty workmanship, we will either repair the defect or replace the faulty parts or the entire product at our discretion, free of charge.
However, the warranty depends on proper usage and efficient maintenance. It does not cover defects due to fire, accidents, poor maintenance, incorrect operation, or intentional damage. Additionally, damage to power electronic components like thyristors & IGBTs, often caused by over-temperature & over-voltage, is not covered.
Users must take adequate precautions to prevent these conditions. The manufacturer is not responsible for any consequential loss, injury, or damages resulting from a defect or failure of its products.
All prices mentioned are on a maximum retail price basis, inclusive of all Duties, GST, and any other applicable taxes.
