Details to Include in the RTGS NEFT Form: Make sure you provide the branch name, policy number, name of the policyholder/claimant, bank name, bank branch address, account number, IFSC code, Aadhaar number, and any other necessary details.
How to Submit the Form: After filling out the form and attaching the required documents, submit it to the LIC branch for processing.
Documents Required for the LIC NEFT Form:
- Cancelled cheque leaf with the name and account number printed (or)
- Cancelled cheque leaf along with a photocopy of the page of the bank passbook that contains the details of the account holder if the name and account number are not printed on the cheque leaf.
NEFT Option for Policyholders/Claimants
- The NEFT application form should be sent to the relevant branch address or customer zone.
- Policyholders or claimants need to provide an unsigned cheque sheet or a photocopy of their passbook/checkbook with complete account details.
- If there is no deposit in your bank account within two days of the due date, please contact your branch for help.
- The policyholder or annuitant account will only remain active during policy payments.
