Provisional Merit List based on merit and subsequent MERIT RANKS of the applicants are prepared on the basis of percentile of the applicants calculated by using the following rationalization formula: Percentile of the applicant = {(Aggregate of the applicant from the Board Concerned e.g. WBCHSE) / (Maximum Aggregate of the applicant from the Board Concerned e.g. WBCHSE)} x 100.
