• Next, write the registration number of your vehicle and the name of the Registered Owner in the provided spaces.
• Now, enter the full name and address of the Financier as mentioned in your agreement.
• Both the Registered Owner and the Financier must sign and date section 1 of the application. If the owner cannot sign, they can use their thumb impression instead.
• In the endorsement section, a representative from the Registering Authority will fill in the reference number and the address of the RTO, along with the date when the hire-purchase, lease, or hypothecation was recorded on the Registration Certificate.
• The RTO official will also sign and date the Form, including the name of the Financier and the Registering Authority (if different from the one mentioned at the top of Form 34).
• Lastly, the Financier should provide their specimen signature in the final section of the application.
