Assembly Election 2022 Date (Schedule) Notification
Election Commission of India (ECI) has announced the schedule for the assembly polls in five states – Uttar Pradesh, Punjab, Uttarakhand, Manipur and Goa from the official website https://eci.gov.in or it can be directly download from the link given at the bottom of this page. The elections in the five states will be held in a total of seven-phase starting from Uttar Pradesh on Feb 10.
Assemblies of Uttar Pradesh, Punjab, Uttarakhand, Goa and Manipur will expire on May 14, March 23, March 23, March 15, March 19 respectively. Out of these 5 poll-bound states, the BJP is in power in 4 states including Goa, Manipur, Uttarakhand, and Uttar Pradesh.
