AP Government Holidays List 2023
Andhra Pradesh Government has issued orders on general holidays for next year (2023). Including national holidays and festivals, total 23 days have been declared as general holidays for government offices. The government has issued a notification to this effect. January 14, 15, 16 has been included in the list of general holidays. Bhogi, Sankranti, Durgashtami and Diwali fall on the second Saturday and Sunday respectively. March 22 is Ugadi Seluvaga.
The AP government has announced the AP Government Holidays List 2023 PDF. It has been revealed that if there are any changes in Hindu festivals due to Ramzan, Bakrid, Moharram, Eid Milad Nabi days and Tithis, they will be announced through press releases. Chief Secretary KS Jawahar Reddy issued the holiday order on Thursday. In 2023 there are total 23 public holidays. Next year there are four festive holidays, second Saturday and Sunday. Bhogi festival falls on the second Saturday of January 14. Sankranti festival falls on Sunday 15th January. October 22 Durgastami also falls on a Sunday. November 12 Diwali also falls on a Sunday.
