Finance Ministry has released the details of Part 3 of announcements under the Aatma Nirbhar Bharat Abhiyan Package (Rs 3.16 lakh crores) on 15th May 2020. The following measures have been taken under the Aatma Nirbhar Bharat Abhiyan Package Part 3.
- PM KISAN fund Transfer of Rs 18,700 crores
- PM Fasal Bima Yojana claim payment of Rs 6,400 crores
- Rs 1 lakh crore Agri Infrastructure Fund for farm-gate infrastructure for farmers.
- A new scheme to provide interest subvention @2% per annum to dairy cooperatives for 20-21.
- Rs 10,000 crores scheme for Formalisation of Micro Food Enterprises (MFE)
- Rs 20,000 crores for Fishermen through Pradhan Mantri Matsya Sampada Yojana (PMMSY)
- Rs 11,000 Cr for activities in Marine, Inland fisheries and Aquaculture
- Rs. 9000 Cr for Infrastructure – Fishing Harbours, Cold chain, Markets, etc.
- An Animal Husbandry Infrastructure Development Fund of Rs. 15,000 crore will be set up.
- National Animal Disease Control Programme for Foot and Mouth Disease (FMD) and Brucellosis launched with a total outlay of Rs. 13,343 crores
- Promotion of Herbal Cultivation- Rs. 4000 crore
- NMPB will bring the 800-hectare area by developing a corridor of medicinal plants along the banks of Ganga.
- Beekeeping initiatives –Rs 500 crores
- Operation Greens will be extended from Tomatoes, Onion
and Potatoes (TOP) to ALL fruits and vegetables (TOTAL). – Rs 500 crores - Farmers bound to sell agriculture produce only to Licensees in APMCs

वित्त मंत्रालय ने 15 मई 2020 को आत्मनिर्भर भारत अभियान पैकेज के तहत घोषणाओं के भाग 3 का विवरण जारी किया है। निम्नलिखित उपायों को आत्मनिर्भर भारत अभियान पैकेज भाग 3 के तहत लिया गया है।
- 18,700 करोड़ रुपये का PM किसान फंड में ट्रांसफर।
- PM फसल बीमा योजना में 6,400 करोड़ रुपये के भुगतान का दावा।
- किसानों के लिए फार्म-गेट इंफ्रास्ट्रक्चर के लिए 1 लाख करोड़ रुपये का एग्री इंफ्रास्ट्रक्चर फंड।
20-21 के लिए डेयरी सहकारी समितियों को प्रतिवर्ष @ 2% ब्याज उपदान प्रदान करने की एक नई योजना। - सूक्ष्म खाद्य उद्यमों के औपचारिककरण के लिए 10,000 करोड़ रुपये की योजना (MFE)।
- प्रधानमंत्री मत्स्य सम्पदा योजना (PMMSY) के माध्यम से मछुआरों के लिए 20,000 करोड़ रुपये।
- समुद्री,अंतर्देशीय मत्स्य पालन और एक्वाकल्चर गतिविधियों के लिए 11,000 करोड़ रुपये
- 9000 करोड़ रुपये इन्फ्रास्ट्रक्चर के लिए – फिशिंग हारबर्स, कोल्ड चेन, मार्केट्स इत्यादि।
- 15,000 करोड़ रुपये की एक पशुपालन के अवसंरचना विकास निधि में लगाए जाएंगे।
- फुट एंड माउथ डिजीज (FMD) और ब्रुसेलोसिस के लिए राष्ट्रीय पशु रोग नियंत्रण कार्यक्रम के लिए 13,343 करोड़ रुपये कुल परिव्यय के साथ शुरू किया गया।
- हर्बल खेती को बढ़ावा- देने के लिए 4000 करोड़ रुपये
- NMPB गंगा के किनारे औषधीय पौधों के गलियारे को विकसित करके 800 हेक्टेयर क्षेत्र में लाएगा।
- मधुमक्खी पालन पहल के लिए -Rs 500 करोड़ रुपये
- ऑपरेशन ग्रीन्स को टमाटर, प्याज और आलू (TOP) सभी फलों और सब्जियों से बढ़ाया जाएगा-
- Rs 500 करोड़ रुपये

किसान, कृषि, पशुपालन, मत्स्य पालन, सूक्ष्म खाद्य उद्यम, राष्ट्रीय पशु रोग, हर्बल खेती, मधुमक्खी पालन की पहल और अन्य लोगों के बीच जरूरतमंद
