Nabanna Scholarship Form 2024 West Bengal – Eligibility Criteria
The West Bengal Nabanna Scholarship has specific eligibility requirements. Students who meet these criteria can apply for this scholarship. Below are the details:
- The applicant must be a permanent resident of West Bengal.
- Must be studying in any institution in the state after passing the Secondary or equivalent / Higher Secondary or equivalent / Undergraduate examination from any Board/Council/University of West Bengal.
- Must secure 50% and above, but less than 60% marks in aggregate in Madhyamik or its equivalent examination / Higher Secondary or its equivalent examination to receive financial assistance at the Higher Secondary or Undergraduate level.
- Must secure 50% and above but less than 53% marks in aggregate in Graduation to receive assistance at the graduate level.
- The yearly family income should not exceed Rs. 1,20,000/-.
- Not currently receiving any Government or Non-Government scholarship/stipend for the same course or level of study.

Step 1: Begin by visiting the newly launched Nabanna Scholarship portal at www.cmrf.wb.gov.in.
Step 2: Click on the Application for Financial Assistance For Education option.
Step 3: After clicking, a new window will open where you can log in using your mobile number and a password.

Step 4: Upon logging in, enter your basic information including your name, father’s name, date of birth/age, district, pin code, family income, email, etc., and then click submit.
Step 5: Next, fill in the education course details like your current course, name of the board/university, last qualification examination (10/12) details, total marks, and enter your bank details such as bank name, account number, IFSC code, and click submit.
Step 6: Upload the necessary documents including a photograph, recommendation/income certificate, self-declaration, class 10 admit card, mark sheet, and admission receipt copy, etc.
