WBSSC Group C Waiting List - Summary
Hon’ble High Court, Calcutta was pleased to direct the West Bengal Central School Service Commission for cancellation of the recommendations issued amongst 3478 Gr. C candidates in connection with 3rd Regional Level Selection Test (NT), 2016, who were reported by CBI as of having manipulations found in their OMR data.
The court instructed to cancel the appointments of a total of 842 people from the secondary education board. The court has said in its order that none of them can enter the school. The Central School Service Commission has found that 785 recommendations were issued among the 3478 candidates as noted above, hence, in terms of the aforesaid solemn order of the Hon’ble High Court in connection with WPA 12270 of 2021 dated 10.03.23, the recommendations of 785 candidates (as in annexure A) are hereby cancelled today in compliance to the direction of Hon’ble High Court, Calcutta as noted above.
