Ration Card Form 11 is an application form which is issued by the West Bengal Government that can be used to update mobile number and Aadhaar card into their ration card.
Ration card is an essential document for the poor or economically backward class people to take advantage of government schemes. With this ration card, people can buy ration at subsidized rates from government ration shops located nearby.
After careful fil, this application form attached necessary documents and submit to the nearest office of the concerned rationing officer, inspector, or Food Supply officer.

Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible to avail of the benefits of the new West Bengal digital ration card scheme, the applicant must follow the following eligibility criteria as finalized by the concerned authorities:-
- First, the applicant must be a legal and permanent resident of West Bengal State.
- The applicant must not possess a ration card.
- The applicant who has applied for a temporary ration card and his or her ration card is expired then he or can apply for the new ration card under the scheme.
- Newlyweds can also apply for new ration cards under the scheme.
Documents Required
- Copy of Aadhaar documents of all family members and applicants
- Copy of EPIC/KCC/Bank Passbook/Driving licence/Passport for correction of address
- Photocopy of existing DRC
- If the age of the applicant is less than 5 years, then a copy of the Aadhaar card is not mandatory. In that case copy of the birth certificate of such applicant is to be submitted for personal details
