NPS S3 Scheme Preference change Form - Summary
NPS S3 Scheme Preference Change Form (Annexure S3, Version 1.3) is a three-page English form for National Pension System subscribers requesting a change to their pension fund or investment choice. The attached copy is the Version 1.3 form identified in the PDF; current submission routes or forms may differ.
The form has fields for the subscriber’s PRAN and name, the account tier, Pension Fund Manager selection, and Active Choice or Auto Choice. Under Active Choice, subscribers enter allocations for asset classes E, C, G and A; the form says these must total 100%, and Asset Class A is for Tier I only. Auto Choice lists LC75, LC50 and LC25.
Annexure A on the last page gives the equity allocation limit by age. The form instructions call for separate forms for Tier I and Tier II and say to submit the completed form to the POP-SP used to register with CRA.
