Leave/Earned Leave Form West Bengal
Employers and Employees had given the right to decide the remaining national and festival holidays. Similarly, minimum of seven days of casual leave and 14 days of sick leave is provided to employees. Earned leaves/ Privilege leaves. These are the leaves that are earned in the previous year and enjoyed in the preceding years.
