“After completing the sales process and identifying the investors and the amounts due to them, the committee will formulate a scheme for Court approval.”
“Upon Court approval, the Committee shall disburse amounts to the depositors (other than agents) after proper identification in accordance with the sanctioned scheme.”

The Committee is allowed to open a Bank account in any nationalized bank to deposit the corpus fund, which will be operated by authorized persons from the Committee.
