GPAIS Nomination Form - Summary
The Group Personal Accidental Insurance Scheme (GPAIS) is essential personal accident insurance that offers financial support in case of accidental events. The premium for this scheme will be deducted from the salary for November 2022, starting from 01.01.2023, and it will be valid for one year. The annual one-time premium rates are: Rs. 850 + GST for KSEB employees, Rs. 600 + GST for KSRTC employees, and Rs. 500 for State Government employees, which includes those in Aided Institutions, Universities, Co-operative Institutions, Autonomous Bodies, and all other Public Sector Undertakings.
All Drawing and Disbursing Officers (DDOs) who manage salary disbursement must ensure that the premium is deducted from the salaries of all employees included in the scheme for the November 2022 payroll, which will be processed in December 2022.
