The Delhi Development Authority has launched a special housing scheme for about 18,000 flats of different categories at various locations including Dwarka, Rohini, Jasola, Vasant Kunj, Pashchim Vihar and Narela.
According to the DDA, 202 high-income group 3BHK flats are available in Vasant Kunj, Jasola, Paschim Vihar and Dwarka. Another three high-income group 2BHK flats are available in Vasant Kunj, while 976 mid-income group 2BHK flats are available in Dwarka, Narela and Rohini.
DDA Housing Scheme Dates
The Delhi Development Authority (DDA) has launched a new special housing scheme to sell over 18,000 flats that were returned by allottees of previous housing schemes. According to the DDA, the starting Date 23rd December 2021 and deadline to apply for the “Special Housing Scheme 2021” is February 7, 2022.
Eligibility for the DDA Housing Scheme
- The applicant should be at least 18 years old as of the last date of submission.
- The applicant, his/her spouse or unmarried children must not own any residential property in the urban area of Delhi, New Delhi or Delhi Cantonment which is larger than 67 sq metre.
- One candidate can submit only one application.
- A husband and wife can both apply separately for the scheme, but if both are selected in the draw, only one can retain the flat.

Step 1:- Visit the DDA official site https://dda.gov.in/ and click on DDA Special Housing Scheme 2021.Click on Registration
Step 2:-On a new page you will have to submit details like PAN, Aadhaar Card number, mobile number, etc.
Step 3:- Your login ID will be your PAN and an OTP will be sent to your mobile number, every time you login.
Step 4:- On successful login, you will have to submit the application form with details like personal details, bank details, address details, joint applicant details, the category and location preferences.
Step 5:- Upload the scanned image of the photograph and signature of the applicant and the joint applicant (if any).
Step 6:- After filling all these details and final submission of the application, you need to pay the registration amount through net banking or NEFT/RTGS payment at the bank branch via e-challan.
Step 7:- If the applicant selects the NEFT/RTGS option, the applicant has to select a bank for generating the challan and then submit it. The challan will be displayed on the next screen. Take a printout of the challan generated online and deposit the registration amount.
Step 8:- the applicant selects the ‘net banking’ option, the applicant has to select a bank for making payment online through the respective bank’s website.
Step 9:- Print the ‘Acknowledgement Slip’ once the payment is done. You can check your acknowledgment slip in the ‘My Payment’ option.

दिल्ली डेवलपमेंट अथॉरिटी (DDA) करीब 18,000 सस्ते घरों की स्पेशल हाउसिंग (Special Housing scheme) स्कीम लाया है। यह फ्लैट दिल्ली में द्वारका, रोहिणी, जसोला, वसंत कुंज, पश्चिम विहार और नरेला में ये फ्लैट अलग-अलग कैटेगरी के लिए अलॉट किए जाएंगे और इनमें हाई इनकम ग्रुप, मिड इनकम ग्रुप और इकनॉमिकली वीकर सेक्शन के अलावा लो इनकम ग्रुप के लिए भी फ्लैट देने की योजना है। ये फ्लैट मुख्य रूप से वो हैं जो पिछली हाउसिंग स्कीम में बिना बिके हुए रह गए थे और इस बार डिस्काउंट पर ऑफर किए जा रहे हैं।
- दिल्ली डेवलपमेंट अथॉरिटी (DDA)के मुताबिक इस स्कीम में 202 हाई इनकम ग्रुप फ्लैट्स जो 3बीएचके के हैं वो वसंत कुंज, जसोला, पश्चिम विहार और द्वारका में डिस्काउंट रेट पर दिए जाएंगे।
- इसके अलावा तीन 2बीएचके फ्लैट जो हाई इनकम ग्रुप के लिए हैं वो वसंत कुंज में उपलब्ध होंगे।
- वहीं द्वारका, नरेला और रोहणी में 2 बीएचके फ्लैट उपलब्ध होंगे जो मिड इनकम ग्रुप के लिए हैं और इनकी संख्या 976 होगी. इसके अलावा 11,452 लो इनकम ग्रुप वाले 1 बीएचके फ्लैट दिए जाएंगे और 5702 फ्लैट आर्थिक रूप से कमजोर वर्ग (EWS) यानी इकनॉमिकली वीक सेक्शन या जनता फ्लैट्स के तौर पर रखे जाएंगे।
- EWS के लिए रजिस्ट्रेशन की फीस 25,000 होगी और एप्लीकेशन प्रोसेसिंग फीस 2000 होगी जो नॉन रिफंडेबल है. इस तरह जनता या EWS के लिए कुल 27,000 रुपये की रजिस्ट्रेशन फीस होगी।
- लो इनकम ग्रुप (LIG) के लिए रजिस्ट्रेशन की फीस 1 लाख रुपये होगी और एप्लीकेशन प्रोसेसिंग फीस 2000 होगी जो नॉन रिफंडेबल है. इस तरह कुल मिलाकर 1 लाख 2 हजार रुपये कुल फीस होगी।
- मिड इनकम ग्रुप या (MIG) के लिए 2 लाख रुपये रजिस्ट्रेशन फीस और 2000 हजार रुपये नॉन रिफंडेबल प्रोसेसिंग फीस होगी जो कुल मिलाकर 2 लाख 2 हजार रुपये की फीस होगी।
- हाई इनकम गॅुप (HIG) के लिए 2 लाख रुपये रजिस्ट्रेशन फीस और 2000 हजार रुपये नॉन रिफंडेबल प्रोसेसिंग फीस होगी जो कुल मिलाकर 2 लाख 2 हजार रुपये की फीस होगी।
