The SRCWC Internship Program Form Uttar Pradesh allows applicants to apply for an internship opportunity with SRCWC. Instructions for SRCWC (State Resource Centre for Women and Child) Internship Program Form:
- The internship program with SRCWC offers two types of opportunities:
- Research on issues concerning women and children, which will include field visits in UP, data collection, data validation, analysis, and documentation/report writing.
- Working as an intern at one of the homes run by the department, or engaging in programs/schemes of the state government of UP upholding women’s and children’s welfare, such as “Apki Sakhi Asha Jyoti Kendra/One Stop Centre”.
- After receiving the internship and research topic, the intern must submit a detailed proposal for their internship and research to the Research Review Ethical Committee. The committee will finalize the methodology and other processes for the program.
- The internship program will be conducted in two sessions per year. A maximum of 100 interns will be accepted per session.
- SRCWC will decide the allocation of subjects and reporting offices for each internship session. The number of seats may be adjusted by SRCWC at any time based on the requirements.
- Applying for the internship program does not guarantee acceptance into the program.
- All research conducted by interns must be approved by the Research Review Ethical Committee.
- Interns will be entitled to a travel allowance of Rs. 2000/- (Two Thousand Rupees) per month, provided satisfactory reports are submitted by the concerned reporting officer each month.
- Upon successfully completing the internship program, applicants must submit a final report by the deadline. After reviewing the final report, SRCWC will require a presentation by the applicant to a panel of experts. A certificate of completion will be awarded by SRCWC following a successful presentation.
- Any detection of plagiarism, false data, or unverified facts in the final report will result in the intern being disqualified from receiving the completion certificate.
- The final report submitted will become the property of SRCWC and must not be published by the applicant in any journal without SRCWC’s permission.
- Applicants will be informed of their acceptance along with details of the internship program and the terms and conditions via the email address provided in the application. Communication regarding the internship or application must be conducted solely via email.
- Applicants must sign the undertaking below and complete the identity card format provided. The identity card will be issued by SRCWC upon successful acceptance for the internship.
