Swasthya Sathi Package List
The cost of an Orthopaedic implant or Cardio implant to be added as required for the treatment as per the list attached. No additional investigation cost will be allowed. In case the implant is not provided or any diagnostic test not done by the hospital and the patient was asked to do it from outside the amount of such test as per approved diagnostic test rate to be refunded else payment will not be reimbursed.
