Due to the coronavirus pandemic in the country, the students, this year, have to submit a self-declaration form with a photograph, stating that they have not tested positive for the novel coronavirus and have not experienced any symptoms like fever, cough, or breathing-related issues in the recent days.
The self-declaration form has to be presented at the exam center and will be filled prior to the exam and should be signed in the presence of the invigilator. The self-declaration form for JEE Mains 2024 is part of the JEE Main admit card. It is printed on the front page of the JEE Main 2024 hall ticket. It is a self-undertaking that must be duly filled and signed by every candidate in order to appear for the exam.

- Open the official website at jeemain.nta.nic.in.
- Click on the download JEE Main admit card link.
- Login using the required credentials.
- Click on the download admit card link
- JEE Main self-declaration form will be printed on the first page of their admit card.
- Download and take print of all pages.
No candidate would be allowed to enter the examination center without an admit card, valid ID proof, and proper frisking.
