PFMS Bank List 2021 - Summary
Public Financial Management System (PFMS) is a Central Plan Scheme monitoring system, of the Ministry of Finance, Govt. of India. It is used as a platform for e-payment of Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT)/Non-DBT payments for both Aadhar based & Non- Aadhar based bank accounts through NPCI/RBI.
The objective of the Expenditure, Advance, and Transfer (EAT) module of Public Financial Management System (PFMS) is to help Program Implementing Agencies (PIAs) in the filing of expenditure, transferring funds, advances, and its settlement.
PFMS a web-based application is an online management information and decision support system for the plan schemes of the government of India. The purpose of this system is to track and monitor fund disbursement and utilization under Plan Schemes on a real-time basis.
