Driving License Forms

A driving license allows you to legally drive your vehicle on the road. It is a relevant permit from the government of India and hence driving without one is illegal.

To obtain a license, all service users can go to the Department of Transportation’s website https://www.dotm.gov.np/ and apply for a license for a new and additional group. Here you can directly download the state-wise Driving Licence form in PDF format.
