NTSE Form - Summary
NCERT (National Council of Educational Research & Training) releases the NTSE Form PDF from the official website https://ncert.nic.in or it can be directly download from the link given at the bottom of this page. State level exam conducting authorities release NTSE registration forms 2021-22 in online and offline mode.
Candidates must submit their NTSE Application Form after filling in all the details and get it signed by the Principal. NTSE exam eligibility criteria for exam the applicant must not be more than 18 years. Students have to complete the NTSE registration process before the last date. The qualified aspirants from stage 1 will appear for the NTSE Stage II exam. Candidates can fill the application form offline after downloading the from the official website.

NTSE Form – How to Apply
Download NTSE Form PDF:- Students can download the NTSE Form PDF form the official website or it can be directly download from the link given at the bottom of this page.
Details to be Mention:- In this form you have to mention the basic details Category, Address, and Educational details of the candidates and have to affix their photograph and signature in the provided space.
Submit the Form:- After filling in all details in the Application Form candidates can submit the same via post to the address of the State Liaison Officer. Candidates can also submit the application form by visiting themselves at the address of the liaison officer.
