If you want to register you center or clinic for COVID-19 sample collection then you have to register yourself on covid19cc.nic.in (collection center portal). Here are some information to be sent to DC/DM/ MD-NHMs for authorization:
- Collection center name
- Collection center state, district, address and pin code
- Collection center type (government or private)
- Collection center in-charge name
- Collection center in-charge email id
- Name of sample collector(s)
- Mobile number of sample collector(s)
- Authorized test for sample collector (RT-PCR)
