Maharashtra New Lockdown Guidelines
The Maharashtra government, announced a multi-tiered set of guidelines to relax restrictions imposed amid the COVID-19 pandemic from 7 am on 1st June till 15th June & 7 am.
Maharashtra’s government has announced a slew of restrictions – from vehicular movement to timings for shops and other public spaces.

- All essential shops that are currently allowed to operate between 7 am and 11 am may be allowed to operate between 7 am and 2 pm
- Delivery of Non-essential items along with essential items through E-Commerce may be allowed in such district
- All government offices except those involved directly for corona work in the said district can function with 25% attendance.
- Agriculture sector-related shops may remain open till 2 pm on weekdays.
- Malls, theatres, and other similar spaces will operate with 50% capacity for Level 2 areas and remain closed at higher levels.
Local train services will be restricted to essential services for all levels apart from areas under Level 1. The curbs however get increasingly more stringent as the levels rise.
