Maharashtra Budget 2024 - Summary
Maharashtra Budget 2024 Marathi
Maharashtra’s Budget 2024 has become a hot topic as it is presented right before the elections. Various announcements have been made, which sound promising, but the question remains: is there enough time for their implementation? Currently, the state government is burdened with a debt of 7 lakh crores. With no money to repay existing loans, where will the funds for new schemes come from? This critique was voiced by EkNath Khadse.
EkNath Khadse has aligned himself with BJP over the past few months. He has indicated that he will formally join the party within the next fifteen days, but BJP has kept him on hold for now. On the other hand, his daughter-in-law Ruksha Khadse has been given a ministerial position at the Centre. Nevertheless, Khadse stated that this budget is aimed at the elections, providing the government with necessary advice.
