हरियाणा परिवार पहचान पत्र (PPP) का प्राथमिक उद्देश्य हरियाणा में सभी परिवारों का प्रामाणिक, सत्यापित और विश्वसनीय डेटा तैयार करना है। पीपीपी हरियाणा में प्रत्येक परिवार की पहचान करता है और परिवार की बुनियादी डेटा को डिजिटल प्रारूप में परिवार की सहमति से प्रदान करता है। प्रत्येक परिवार को आठ अंकों का परिवार-आईडी प्रदान किया जाएगा। फैमिली डेटा के ऑटोमैटिक अपडेशन को सुनिश्चित करने के लिए फैमिली आईडी को बर्थ, डेथ और मैरिज रिकॉर्ड से जोड़ा जाएगा, जब भी इस तरह की लाइफ इवेंट्स होते हैं।
फैमिली आईडी छात्रवृत्ति, सब्सिडी और पेंशन जैसी मौजूदा, स्वतंत्र योजनाओं को जोड़ेगी, ताकि स्थिरता और विश्वसनीयता सुनिश्चित हो सके और साथ ही विभिन्न योजनाओं, सब्सिडी और पेंशन के लाभार्थियों के स्वत: चयन को सक्षम किया जा सके। परिवार आईडी डेटाबेस में उपलब्ध डेटा होगा पात्रता निर्धारित करने के लिए उपयोग किया जाता है जिसके माध्यम से लाभ प्राप्त करने के लिए लाभार्थियों का स्वचालित स्व-चयन किया जाएगा। इसलिए, एक बार परिवारों का डेटाबेस बनने के बाद, परिवारों को प्रत्येक व्यक्तिगत योजनाओं के तहत लाभ प्राप्त करने के लिए आवेदन करने की आवश्यकता नहीं होती है। इसके अलावा, पीपीपी डेटाबेस में डेटा प्रमाणित और सत्यापित हो जाने के बाद, किसी लाभार्थी को कोई और दस्तावेज जमा करने की आवश्यकता नहीं होगी।
परिवार पहचान पत्र में नामांकन करने की आवश्यकता किसे है?
PPP में नामांकन के लिए निम्नलिखित प्रकार के परिवारों की आवश्यकता होती है:
- स्थायी परिवार: वर्तमान में हरियाणा में रहने वाले किसी भी परिवार को पीपीपी में नामांकन करना आवश्यक है। ऐसे परिवार को 8 अंकों की स्थायी पारिवारिक आईडी जारी की जाएगी।
- अस्थायी परिवार: हरियाणा के बाहर रहने वाला कोई भी परिवार लेकिन किसी के लिए आवेदन कर रहा है PPP में खुद को नामांकित करने के लिए राज्य की सेवा/योजना की भी आवश्यकता होगी। ऐसा परिवार एक 9-अंकीय अस्थायी पारिवारिक आईडी जारी की जाएगी जिस पर ‘T’ अक्षर से आद्याक्षर किया जाएगा।
हरियाणा परिवार पहचान पत्र – कैसे आवेदन कर सकते हैं
फिलहाल पीपीपी आईडी तीन चैनलों के जरिए बनाई जा सकती है। कोई आवेदन शुल्क या मौद्रिक शुल्क नहीं है इसके लिए नागरिक द्वारा भुगतान किया जाना आवश्यक है।
- CSC VLEs – ग्राम स्तर के उद्यमियों द्वारा प्रबंधित सामान्य सेवा केंद्र
- SARAL केंद्र – अंत्योदय सरल केंद्र राज्य सरकार द्वारा प्रबंधित किए जा रहे हैं
- PPP ऑपरेटर्स – राज्य भर में पीपीपी के काम के लिए पंजीकृत ऑपरेटर।

परिवार पहचान पत्र हरियाणा के लाभ – Parivar Pehchan Patra Haryana Benefits
1. Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana (PMAY) Scheme.

3. Issuance of Ration Card/Ration as per Food Security Act.

Parivar Pehchan Patra application form online download (How to fill Parivar Pehchan Patra Form)
- Other than the online process of registration, the offline registration has also been started by the state government. Families can get an application form for the offline mode from any ration shops. It is also present in Tehsil offices, Gas Agency, Block Development Office, Government School, and others. However, the families can get the form for free from the offices. The families can also get the application form and relevant information from Simple Center.
- After this, the families have to fill all relevant information in the application form, including information of each family member and submit the same. While submitting, families should also produce relevant documents along with the form.
- After submission, the officer will check it, and if the given information is correct, the families will be issued a smart card. This card will contain details of the family.
- Applicants can also look for their name via the Pariwar pehchan Patra online portal. They can also check other relevant details of the family from the scheme website.
- The form submission operator will get rupees 5 as an additional benefit for each form they submit. So, the families take the necessary steps to apply for an identification card.
How to Check Parivar Pehchan Patra Status
Every applicant under the Haryana Parivar Pehchan Patra scheme can check the status of online applications through the Saral Service Center website. However, similar to Aadhaar card, the Haryana Parivar Pehchan Patra Unique ID card has also been made mandatory by the state government that will help recognize every family of the state.
