- Giving false information will lead to disqualification from Haj, even at the airport, and all fees will be lost. Such applicants may also face legal action. This includes hiding previous Haj trips or applying for Haj-e-Badal dishonestly.
- People with serious health issues like advanced cancer, heart, lung, liver, or kidney diseases, infectious tuberculosis, or severe age-related illnesses are not allowed to go.
- Women must travel with a Sharia Mehram, except in special cases mentioned earlier. Pregnant women in late stages should follow international air travel rules.
- Applicants with court restrictions on international travel cannot apply.
- Applicants under 18 years old need permission from a parent or legal guardian.
