Documents Required
The self attested copies of the following certificates should be submitted at the time of submission of this form
- B.A.(Prog.)/B.A./B.Sc./B.Com.(Pass/Hons.) (Qualifying) Degree/Certificate.
- Post-graduate (Qualifying) Degree/Certificate
- Marks Sheets of Post-graduate (Qualifying) examination
- Matriculation/Hr. Sec./Secondary School Certificate for verification of date of birth (for verification)
- Cast Certificate, if belongs to SC/ST/OBC Category.
(Candidates shall be required to produce the original certificates alongwith the joining report for verification
at the time of Provisional admission to Ph.D. Programme)
