CSD or Army Canteen provides discounted items to military troops. Household products, booze, medical supplies, and other items are among these commodities. In reality, the Army canteen may help you buy a car at a reduced price.
There are up to 34 CSD Depots around the country, and anybody who qualifies can acquire a vehicle from one of them.
Car Eligibility
- CSD allows people on the Government of India’s payroll who work in the Defense Sector to acquire automobiles.
- Regardless of rank, any commissioned officers and ex-servicemen in the Defense can acquire an automobile through the Canteen.
- According to a chart given by the CSD, any Defence member up to Level 9 can acquire a car twice throughout their career and once after retirement, with an 8-year interval between the two purchases.
- Even after retirement, people with a Level 10 can purchase an automobile every 8 years.
About Registration
