Age Declaration 6 Form PDF आयु घोषणा पत्र मुख्य निर्वाचन अधिकारी (CEO) द्वारा 18 वर्ष से अधिक आयु के मतदाता को वोटर आईडी कार्ड आवेदन करने के लिए दिया जाता है। भारतीय संविधान अनुसार जो व्यक्ति भारत का निवासी हो, वह 18 वर्ष की आयु के पश्चात वोट दे सकता है। जिसके लिए भारत सरकार (भारत निर्वाचन आयोग – ECI) द्वारा नागरिकों को वोटर आईडी कार्ड (मतदाता पहचान पत्र) बनाया जाता है।
Age (With Documentary Proof) The age of the applicant should be eighteen or more on 1st January of the year with reference to which the electoral roll is being revised. e.g. A person born on or up to 1/1/1991 will be eligible for inclusion in the electoral roll which is being revised with reference to 1/1/2009.
